2002–2010 Studies in Art History, East Asian Art History and East European History at the University of Zurich. 2010 Master’s degree (Lizentiat) with a thesis entitled “Flughäfen – Architektur – Kunst – Design: Vom Zweckbau zum Museum: Das Flughafenterminal” (supervisor: Prof. Philip Ursprung). 2010 Catalogue essay on the same topic, and selection of airports for the exhibition “Global Design” at the Museum für Gestaltung in Zurich. From 2012 until 2016 doctoral candidate within the SNSF Sinergia project “The Interior. Art, Space, and Performance (Early Modern to Postmodern)” at the Institute of Art History, University of Bern.
